We’ve had bad experiences with contractors disappearing or delaying projects. How is your process different?

We understand this common concern. That’s why we follow a structured, phase-wise payment plan linked to physical milestones (like slab completion, brickwork, etc.)—not just timelines. Our contract clearly defines each stage, and we provide regular photo/video updates. We’ve been in business for 40+ years, and our reputation is built on reliability and completion.

Will there be hidden charges or unexpected cost increases later?

We prioritize transparency. Our detailed estimate includes itemized costs for materials, labor, and finishes. Any changes you request later will be documented in a “Variation Order” with clear pricing before work proceeds. Market-driven price hikes for materials are rare, but if they occur, we discuss them transparently with alternatives.

We live in the house during renovation. How do you manage dust, safety, and daily disruption?

We follow a systematic containment process: sealing work areas with plastic sheets, using dust extractors, and scheduling noisy work at convenient hours. Daily cleanup is mandatory. For kitchens/toilets, we plan to keep one functional wherever possible. Your family’s safety and minimal disruption are part of our contract commitment.

How do you ensure the design we choose will actually look good in our space?

We provide 3D visualizations before finalizing designs, so you can “see” the result. We also arrange physical material samples (tiles, paints, textures) at your home under actual lighting. Our experience in space planning ensures designs are aesthetic and practical for Indian living patterns.

How do you handle municipal approvals (BMTPA, OC, Khata, etc.)?

We include all statutory approval management in our turnkey package—from building plan sanctions to final Occupancy Certificate. We have dedicated documentation experts and long-standing relationships with local authorities to smooth the process. This is a key advantage of partnering with an experienced firm.

What if we want to make changes during construction?

Changes are possible through the variation order system. We assess the impact on cost and timeline, provide written approval, then proceed. For turnkey projects, major structural changes are best finalized before starting, but interior layouts can often be adjusted mid-way with proper planning.

Can we visit your ongoing sites before signing?

Absolutely. We encourage you to visit 2–3 ongoing projects to see our work quality, site discipline, and interact with our team and other clients.

What payment schedule do you follow?

Our standard schedule is:

10–15% on signing agreement

Then milestone-based payments (e.g., foundation, slab, brickwork, plastering, finishing)

5–10% retained until handover after final snagging
This ensures alignment of our cash flow with visible progress.
